2 - Relative Recency and Seriousness of the offense.
What were you convicted of? Was it violent? Was it domestic violence? What was your sentence? Did you have prior offenses? Did you violate probation or receive discipline in prison? or did you early terminate ? In addition to more.
3 - Need for Relief -
